This foundry mainly produces castings for motor end caps and motor housings. Previously, it mainly used resin sand casting technology, but the cost was relatively high. We want to change to green sand casting technology. The diameter of the motor end cap reaches about 750mm and the weight is 75kg. After various investigations and comparisons, we finally found Zoomzu company. Now we use a set of sand mold size 950 * 950mm up and down sandblasting molding molding machine for production, with a sand mold height of 250+250=500mm. Due to the use of this molding machine to simultaneously shoot sand from the top and bottom, there is no sand shadow, hydraulic extrusion, and the sand mold compactness is very good, thus obtaining high-quality motor end cap castings.
