Green sand automatic molding line sent to Zhejiang Huzhou Foundry

Zhejiang Huzhou Foundry purchased Zoomzu's green sand automatic molding line in January 2024. After 90 days of production, it was loaded and shipped today. The green sand automatic molding line includes equipment such as upper and lower sand injection molding machines, sand mold trolley conveyor lines, and cooling belts. The sand mold size of the upper and lower sand injection molding machines is 610 * 710mm, and the total height of the sand mold is 500mm. 

The green sand automatic molding line can achieve automatic molding, automatic boxing and pressing, automatic transportation of sand molds, and automatic cooling. Only one worker is needed to operate the molding machine, which is very convenient. After the green sand is molded and poured, the old sand returns to the green sand processing equipment, realizing the recycling of green sand and reducing production costs. This is the future development trend of green sand casting plants.
